Yes! Our gluten-free oat flakes are specially made for porridge. Every other ingredient is also gluten-free and 100% plant-based. Our porridges are made in a gluten-free workshop.
We use a blend of pea protein and pumpkin seed protein. We hand-picked a high-quality pea protein that doesn't have the typical pea taste! This one is really smooth and together with the pumpkin seed protein, this adds up to 15% vegan protein.
"Amaretti" pays homage to the Italian almond-flavored cookie. It's often referred to as "Amarettine," stemming from the word "Amaretto," which in Italian means "a little bitter."
The tonka bean is a small bean extracted from the fruit of the South American tonka tree (Dipteryx odorata). It has hints of vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon, making it a real flavor bomb! It's most commonly used in sweets and desserts to add a hint of almond.
To prepare your porridge, pour 4 tablespoons into a bowl, then cover it with your chosen milk (or a mixture of milk and water according to your taste). If you want an even creamier texture, add a mashed banana to the mixture. Then, heat it in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds (or cook for 4 minutes on the stove, stirring regularly) until the oat flakes absorb the milk. Once the milk is absorbed well and you've reached the desired consistency, your porridge is ready to eat! You can make it even more delicious with additional toppings.
